Any thoughts on the next month, or even two, for London?
I think the flat might have finally beaten me and I might get some quotes in for air cooling systems. Unless we get below 15 degrees, the flat will be 25 - 30 till November.
If anyone is reading this, don’t buy a heavily insulated flat with low heating bills. I think this means anything built after 1995!
