Can anyone tell me if it is too windy to camp tomorrow - North Wales

Meant to be going camping tomorrow and have just seen on the met office that it looks a bit windy! I had been following the BBC site which seems to say less windy, but I'm wondering if the Met Office is more accurate..

Can anyone tell me if they think it will be bad? We're not very hardy campers so don't fancy it if it is!

How long are you going for?
Tomorrow and Saturday looks OK. Sunday, there could be some gusty winds as there's a system coming in (I think the BBC said it was the remnants of a tropical storm and they weren't really sure which direction it was going to go.) After that, it might be a little windy on Monday as well but it looks OK for most of next week.

I wouldn't say it's going to be 'dead calm' but it isn't going to be 'gale force!' It's looking like the sort of conditions that if you're able to choose a slightly sheltered spot or position the tent (assuming you're taking/putting up your own!) so that it isn't facing the wind ~ that sort of thing, so that it doesn't affect you too much.

Thanks. The campsite is not too exposed so I think we should be able to find a sheltered (ish) spot. I've never camped in particularly windy conditions so just worried when I saw the forecast!
