Much hotter than forecast?

In outer London burb
Realised it was hotter than forecast yesterday
But today said 19 or 20

Seems more like 25 outside? People in shirts etc?

Just wondering if my internal thermostat has stopped working, I was in jeans and even stashed a cardi in my bag!

I felt like that today. I think maybe they undercooked the temps. It said 22 here but felt muggy and about 24. My car said 22.5 mid morning and felt warmer throughout the day.

Definately warmer than forecast. Blumming glorious!

Ooh yes I'm not complaining after the winter we had. So lovely.
