Weather in Barcelona in April/may?

Anyone know typical temps in Barcelona in April may time?

Thank you I can't decide whether to go in April or may, April seems slightly on the cool side but then suddenly may gets quite warm.

We went in the Easter hols a few years ago, it was lovely. No need for a coat but not scorching hot. Ds played on the beach in his swimsuit and paddled in the sea.

Went this year 2nd week.of May and it was 27 degrees. Glad we had a pool on the hotel roof!!

Best time of the year to go IMO. Pleasantly warm but not too hot, you don't get the Autumn thunderstorms, long bright days and the Summer humidity hasn't started.
