severe gales for saturday 21st sw and South

im in the south (Dorset coast) ,wonder if we will be hit or are they airing on the side of caution

parkrun

A bit blowy here, coastal Dorset, not as bad as Thursday yet

Windsor, where walk organised by the friends of the Savill Gardens was cancelled late yesterday. I was very disappointed and thought they might be being a bit too cautious, but have just woken up to quite high winds and rain tipping down. Hmm, might be an indoors day, today. Pity.

Wind picking up now but no rain

Raining hard in east devon. A "glad I'm not driving back from parkrun right now" level of hard.

Another front heading towards us from the west - blowing a hoolie. Blue skies up above at the moment but not for long! Quite tempted to head to Newquay to see if the Cribbar's up!

Still blue skies in this bit of Devon. meglet's rain must have missed us. Quite windy here though and seems to be picking up.

Dorset here. I have been trying to convince the hubby that it isn't that bad and we can go for a walk at Upton country Park.

It is now bucketing it down, am glad he put his foot down and said no!

Brrr it's a chilly wind now in Cornwall. With heavy showers and bright sunshine. Tis confusing!

Bit windy here in Surrey but nothing terrible. The rain comes and goes but it's lovely and sunny! Possibly not going to be as bad as expected?
