I know everyone is hot tonight but we live in a chalet bungalow and so our rooms are effectively in the loft. It's boiling up here, we live on a busy road so window open is very hard when noise is so bad.
We have a dyson fan pointing at her - any other suggestions as to
How to keep her cool???

Open the loft hatch

Cold buckets of water in her room

Cold flannel in her tummy

Sleep downstairs on the floor with the fan

Wrap an ice pack in a tea towel and put it in bed with her - the reverse of a hot water bottle!

I remember worrying about mine when they were toddlers and I used to fill old 2L mineral water bottles with tap water, freeze them, and dot them around the room to thaw slowly and bring the temperature down.

I have wet some muslins and put them around her cot! Thanks for ideas I'm off to the freezer! x
