Katla volcano watch anyone?

I remember when the last eruption was going on in Iceland I learned an awful lot from knowledgable MN'ers about volcanos and seismic activity, plus you all had links to the best websites.

Apparently it is not 'if' but 'when' Katla is going to erupt so anyone want to join me and educate me and save me finding all the good links again?

Civil Protection Uncertainty phase has been issued by the Icelandic Police.

It appears a local river is running very low, and that folklore hast it that this happens before an eruption.

Quieter day yesterday for earthquakes, but a few this morning - just not as big as earlier in the week.

Another quiet day.
Jon mentions this new Katla webcam but I think it's the same view as this one. It seems clearer and isn't affected by the wind as much though.
