More rain for the NW

yellow and amber warnings for the NW tomorrow into Saturday. It is the worst possible news for you with around 60-80mm possible over a wide area and perhaps double that in a small area over high ground. Ineveitably it is going to make things worse for you and my heart really goes out to you all.

It's starting to feel normal now after a month of pretty much solid weather warnings. It's odd not getting wet when I walk out of the house.
At least I'm in one of the parts of Cumbria not under water or damaged by floods though.
