Anyone else having unusually vivid and weird dreams in this heat (UK)?

In my case not all pleasant

Me.

Including horrible, dark stress dreams about going back to work

Me! Very long, complicated and strange dreams indeed.

May be due to sleeping lightly as uncomfortable. I don't like it

Oh me too! I didn't realise the heat could do this, I thought it was because of the painkillers I've been in the past few weeks

But I've been having either very frightening dreams, where I can actually "feel" the fear and still feel it for a minute or so when I wake up, or quite funny and laughing in my sleep
