Yet another request for weather info for a school event! Any idea if it's likely to rain in the afternoon/evening in SW London please?

At the moment it looks like there will be light showers about friday afternoon and into the evening. Temps similar to this weekend.

Birthday party with 100 adults and 25 kids to entertain -praying for sun for beach fun in the afternoon & drinks outside in the evening.

At the moment Stokey I'm afraid its rather sunshine and showers in the afternoon. I'm vaguely hopeful that the showers wont reach you until quite late in the day. Give me a prod tomorrow and I'll have another look.

Oh dear OYBBK, it looks like it's deteriorating. Has gone from a sun and rain cloud to just rain. Any chance it will revert or rain is just on the menu?

How is Sunday looking in London? For the first time in my life I'm hoping it's not too hot and sunny!!

Dotty, at the moment it looks coolish with some heavy showers and maybe thunderstorms.

Outskirts of north London here and it is raining and dismal atm.13 degrees.
