East Midlands here. It's been pissing down for forty days and forty nights a couple of days.

I had to empty the recycling, food bin and kitchen bin as my squashing down and balancing on-top skills had reached their limits. I got bloody soaked and every bin had a huge slug doing backstroke in the puddle on the lid. Slimy little buggers.

Still no exciting weather.......
