where's the best camping weather going to be this weekend near manc pls?

We are Manchester based so looking at North Wales/the Lakes/Derbyshire.

I can see the predicted temperatures but it looks like rain forecast Friday and Monday in most places, which is a bit too close for comfort for a Sat/Sunday camp!

We are camping virgins so won't go if it's going to be soggy.

So do any of you know what the overall weather trends are likely to be this weekend?

I don't think it's going to be a complete wash out this weekend but all those places look like they might get some showers, so it's hard to say which place would be better! Sunday might have slightly more showers/rain. Overnight temperatures are a bit on the cool side ~ 7-9C at night and 13-15C during the day so some woolies/a blanket or two might be needed.

Forecast looks a little better now ~ there's a cold front coming through Friday night which brings a chance of a shower and cooler conditions but other than that, it looks like a nice weekend. Still might need a jumper/blanket in the evenings/early morning.
