Chance of aurora tonight if the clouds keep away.....

How far south do you think it could go? I have always wanted to see it.

Level has dropped, so at the moment only the north of Scotland.

www.aurorawatch.lancs.ac.uk is good. Click on aurora alerts for an explanation of their graph and the colour codes for where the aurora should be visible. You can also get text/twitter/facebook alerts. The Facebook page is good for finding out if/where, it is visible and worth a trip away from streetlights.
