I hate the snow. Dh is in hospital (and was at this time last year when we got snow) and tomorrow I have to get ds to school 10 miles away (normally dh's job on a Mon) and myself to work 20 miles in another direction. Did I say I hate the snow? (Although this year I do have winter tyres...!)

genuine question. Can I ask why you only post in chat?
I have noticed a number of posters only post on 1 or 2 boards, and I often wonder why.

Most of them don't interest me, and/or are too slow moving. I get flighty if I go on AIBU, so I tend to avoid it unless I'm feeling particularly mellow, and I don't really feel I have anything to offer in Relationships, although I have, very occasionally, posted on there plus I'm convinced 90% of the threads are made up.

I feel comfortable in Chat, it's mostly inane like me.

Maybe Olivia did move it...

I had thought of some of the reasons, but never thougth before of the slow moving aspect of some boards and threads.
You can wait for hours for the next post on some of them!
