About the same here. (Worcestershire). I am wearing-a dress!

20c in south Kent. I have shaved my legs and painted my toenails first time for some weeks!

25C in Essex

We're having a cool down for a few days. Only 27 degrees here today!

Don't know the temp here but it was lovely here in Lancashire. I was in the side garden hanging out washing when I heard this exchange between two dog walkers:

Man "lovely morning?"
Woman "oooh it's a bit warm for me. I'll be glad when it cools down a bit!"

I swear I nearly dashed outside to smack her in the face. Honestly it's been chucking it down for weeks and we get one nice day and people moan.

More warm/hot weather today.

Not sure what the temperature is in Warrington, but it is sunny and that's the main thing.

A bit dull here in Tameside at the moment - 17 degrees here.

It was 25 degrees in Whitstable. The children went body boarding in the sea, and suddenly were a lot less grumpy about the fact that they were only staying at Gran's house, and not going on a "proper" holiday.

20 here already this morning, it's glorious!

The weather station in our bedroom said it was 27c inside and 51c outside yesterday evening... it was in direct sunlight though. Looks like another scorcher today, already 25 in east London.

29C here (Leicester). As lovely as it is, I'm trying to avoid being out in the sun as got a bit sunburnt on Sunday while pressure washing our drive. My back and neck are all a bit red and 'ouchy' atm!

'Tis interesting how the forecasts are playing it for Friday. The BBC forecast is going for thunderstorms coming up from France but our local one is going for a gradual cool down. Wonder which one will be right!

Over cast now and dropped to 25, we are all out in the garden trimming the hedges and weeding!

manky ~ we've had a symphony of lawn mowers and hedge trimmers this afternoon too!

Gloria - tis both! Will be jolly hot in London and the south during the day on friday, with potential thunderstorms. At the same time a cold front will be gradually moving south.
