I can't believe the storms we're having here tonight!

Downpours I haven't seen outside of the tropics (without the warm temperatures of course), hailstorms that turn my lawn white in seconds, masses of thunder and lightning. It's like a tropical storm. Last time I saw this much lightning I was in Queensland. Power keeps flickering off. Absolutely incredible. My mum thinks its the Armageddon

East Surrey... It's crazy because it's hellfire and brimstone for 20 minutes, then it's blue sky and sunshine.

I'm Epsom area headfairy, it's been crazy.

It's bonkers isn't it? It's calm for now here, but it's brewing up again. No doubt it'll chuck it down in 15 mins when I need to pop out. Our lawn is totally flooded, under water. And we're nowhere near a river.

I'm E Surrey too - it was quite scary the amount of rain coming down all in one go! Front lawn is now a swimming pool, road outside is running water from side to side, DH is late back from a meeting so has probably got stuck somewhere on the A25, and I'm hoping that the trains are still running as DD1 is due home later...
