We've got a misty 18C here (Leicester).

Its only 10am and already 22c. Forecast 26/27 for today.
The poor girls are covered in heat rash.

We've hit 27C.
Pigley ~ your poor DDs. It's not really going to get that much cooler either; only by 1-2C or so over the next few days.

Mind you, its making me feel poorly so not quite sure why I'm smiling (am normally fine with hot weather)

22C, so almost as hot as our heat wave in March

25 in the shade. But I don't dare put my winter boots away yet.

OYBBK ~ after the see-saw weather we've had so far this year, perhaps all this sudden heat is a bit overpowering!

(How are you feeling BTW? Are you still waiting for a consultant's appointment?)

It's tomorrow! Got a surprise phone call from the hosp this evening. I'm hanging in here, struggling a bit.

Ive just been to Zumba and cooked myself stupid! We decided to Zumba outside which was fun and much more comfortable than doing it indoors!
Theres a slight breeze out the now which is most welcome!

Piglet, have been having a misbehaving heart which landed me in hospital at the beginning of the year. Finally seeing a consultant who can hopefully talk to me about fixing it properly.

I heard on the radio that last night was a record warm night time May temp for some places in the SW.

We had 28degrees C yesterday (Portsmouth)
