Is a long dormant Icelandic volcano on its way to an eruption?

I know we like our Icelandic volcanoes here! This one near Askja, has been having many earthquakes over the last few days but it's supposed to be 'long dormant'.
It'll be interesting to see what happens.

hmmm, that does look interesting!

Except now things seemed to have quietened down! Interesting really how some volcanoes that we think won't ever erupt again, perhaps aren't as 'dormant' as we think!
