They're still saying that we need a decent amount of rain this winter otherwise we could be in real trouble. I thought it was quite funny because I got the impression from the TV news report I saw, that what the water companies really want to say is, "We want a really miserable, wet summer" but they know that nobody else would want that so they chose to say, "It's next winter we're worried about" instead!
