Sunday's stormy weather- what happened?

I looked at the other thead but...phew, it was quite scary last night, there was a sudden onset of the windy weather (from the e/ne as predicted) with the trees thrashing around in the wind. it sounded horrendous, thought there was another tornado coming it as so loud... does not seem to be though. the road is covered in sticks and leaves and enormous puddles.. oh fuck i have buggered the car puddles because the water has sprayed as high as the wing mirrors puddles

oybbk, was it particularly bad in the west mids, and where was that funny amber warning thingy?

ps, how is you bathoom floor? is he complaining of all sorts of aches and pains?

the floor is not desperately bad. The squeaky bumps are making me smile :)
