yeah, it means 'be prepared' , bad stuff is reasonably likely to happen (ie if its predicted to be rather windy tether those trampolines)

we are under the orange bit too, our replacement weather station is reading 6.9 mph so i can conclude this one is buggered too , oybbk you linked me to a site a while back that you can see local weather stations - can you oblige me . its windy - next doors dog is barking like mad and locked out.
