Oh I can spend hours checking out viral risks in sub Saharan Africa.
But recently lots of tremors in and around Greece.... Something is a foot.

Greece..... They are all doing a runner from the failing economy, the earthquakes are just the ground shaking as the thousands if feet run away!!

I think I remember reading that scientists feel the North Anatolian Fault may be building up for a large earthquake - it's overdue and the worry is Istanbul sits on it. There have been lots of minor quakes round there, though that in itself is not unusual given the goelogy of the area.

Etna has been erupting on and off pretty regulary this year, the last one was earlier this month, there is some spectacular footage on the web for it - plus track it on one of my favourite blogs here

Also, there has been some earthquakes at Mt Ranier - not in itself unusual, but interesting when you consider people tend to forget it's actually a volcano!
