Temperature seems to have risen a little in the last 1/2 hour ~ up to 25C now (Leicester Forest East side of Leicester )

And I'm trying to do DD's school applications and it's too hot to think. If she gets stuck with a shit school I'm blaming the weather.

I just love this weather sooo very much, I would love to live like this all the time. Being outside eating at 8pm and feeling warm is just bliss. 28 degrees this afternoon - perfect .

It is wrong in October though it has to be said.....

Jajas, it has been lovely ~ just been to a BBQ at my Mum and Dads and it's a weird feeling to be sitting outside doing that on October 1st!

I got to 29.2C on my weather station but Gravesend has smashed the record with a whopping 29.9C recorded. Very impressive!

We've had it warm but cloudy in Cumbria . Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous but I was at work. I would have loved to lie out sunbathing today 1st October, so very of you all further south.
