Kids have stopped for spring break, seb1 sticks nose out of front door (and quickly pulls it back in) so where is spring?

It is def here down here - not warm but that wouldnt be quite right for early spring but the spring flowers are all out. temps look typically low to mid teens for most through the next week. Quite dryish (not entirely) which if it continues is going to lead to water supply problems I think.
