What do you think to Wirrals column of cloud plan?

not entirely weather, but I wasn't sure where to put it.

I am torn, it is an awful lot of money to be spent on something that is completely intangible yet I am really drawn to the idea - I think it is really interesting and creative and I'd love to see it. It would be good if it were part of a regeneration project to get more tourism/business into the area to boost it.

I like it but isn't it quite cloudy already in the Wirral? Would be ace in Spain...

that is a good point. I suspect that they see enough cloud to keep them going for a long time.

Would be ace on a gusty day I reckon.

I like it especially as it changes according to different weather conditions. Would rather look at that than other types of 'art'.
