what does the abbreviation FA mean - relating to weather conditions?

I am using MetCheck to get some archived data. I am sure it is obvious once you know, but what does FA mean?

I get that PC = partly cloudy; SU = sunny (even at night? clear skies anyway).

The picture with FA is of less cloud than partly cloudy, but not completely cloud free as per SU.

Fair?

I only know it as area forecast!!

Fuck all? (as in not much weather?)
