I woke up to snow! Certainly wasn't expecting that and was planning a day in the garden.It is still snowing fairly heavily and settling.

We woke to about an inch of the white stuff here!

The kids are disappointed, it's the first day back at school.

I think there could be a fair few surprised today! Temps are really quite marginal for many and it seems to be erring on the side of whiteness!

Yep, snow here in East Lancs, which was a shock.

DH had a 2hour journey into work, effectively doubling it and I am hoping that it will all be clearing for tomorrows school run (am so pleased today is an inset day!).

now we had it forcast north east midlands and nothing here !! Im no snow on saturday night as we are having our belated xmas party on the 12th december one of the girls in our shop lost her husband he was only 40 so we cancelled our xmas party and we are having it this weekend .

should say hoping we dont get snow lol
