So is more snow coming?

I am down south (Surrey) and have heard people saying there is going to be more snow next week.

Tell me it's not true :(

Well it is here already (North England) and supposed to be moving south. We have more road closures already and it only arrived about 3 hours ago so it is pretty bad.

I suspect so. I'm. going to go through the models later on and have a look what they are showing. At the moment it seems likely that we will get a milder 3-4 days followed by a return to narnia for some and deep cold for all..

We've yet to have anything more than a dusting (we're getting the cold though, -9 this morning).

Driving to New Forest on 20th but the predicts there all say sleet. Yuck. Snow or dry are both fine but....

I so hope this milder weather comes, we're travelling from Blackpool to Southampton by train on Friday to go on a cruise and I'm stressing about not getting there in time!

warnings and the radar looks so innocuous on the radar.

I am convinced it will warm up on friday - but the weather this past couple of weeks has been showing me up to be the amateur that I am :)

you'd almost begin to think that the weather was inherently chaotic or something, making exact prediction impossible

So could that possibly mean snow over by us, OYBBK?
