Once again the snow continues in the east - especially in parts of Scotland and the NE - you must be under an awful lot by now! Snow moving more into the Midlands too (though more on the eastern side. Some drifting as winds pick up.

Over night tonight into tomorrow, many people who have not seen snow yet (including snow starved central England) will see some = perhaps moderate in places.

OYBBK We should swap weather Grin. You can come here for the next 2weeks or so and we'll come down to you.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 29/11/2010 13:30

That would be ace - cos then we would both be on holiday and have to achieve anything, just enjoy our respective conditions.

Well, nothing else has fallen here and it's lovely and sunny again!

It's not quite as cold as yesterday, the birds water hasn't frozen yet. The dusting of snow hasn't melted though.

co durham, bloody loads of the stuff (over a foot) and still more coming down now, and thundersnow this morning too!

DanceInTheDark · 29/11/2010 18:28

manky we were in town and it was chuffing freezing!! I can't get my feet warm at all!

Parts of Stockport had snow this morning according to my local friends, but not the town i am in. Temp has dropped quite quickly and the humidity(possibly-i may have that wrong - it says hygro out) has gone from 21% this morning to 75%.

SKy looks "snowy" you know when they clouds are kind of greeny tinged.

We had 10 cms here before it hit southwards at all last year!

Danceinthedark, it was awful!

Just been back out shopping at Denton, it does feel like there is more moisture in the air.
