After a wet and windy end to the week, Metmonkey are saying wet for central parts for Friday but better on Saturday and Sunday.
Might be a few soggy fireworks out there!

Shame.

It is looking like it might storm here at the moment, it's come over all dark & I think it might be mizzling. Was hoping Friday night would be dry.

Thanks Petunia :) stupidly busy at the moment.
Early evening it looks like heavy rain in central parts, Wales and NE parts. As it moves south it becomes lighter rain, but still rather a dampening experience for many.

oh, just looked at the wind. South of a line across from south Wales to the SE England it looks like lighting fireworks/bonfires could be quite an exciting experience. Strong gusts of wind approaching 50mph (probably higher in exposed coastal areas).

Think we'll postpone our usual firework 'do' 'til Saturday. With that high wind tomorrow, lighting a few rockets might be a bit of a dangerous experience!

Would certainly keep you on your toes!

DS has declared that even if it is raining on Saturday we have to go to the firework display!

Saturday doesn't look too bad hopefully - just a bit damp and some light rain for central eastern areas.
