Introducing meat with BLW

My DS only started solids yesterday, at 28 weeks (we waited a bit over 6 months until he could sit up better). He had steamed carrot for dinner, and today had some asparagus and rice cake for lunch. Is it too soon for him to try a bit of chicken tonight?

Assuming you've eaten by now but meat/chicken is fine btw

I gave Martha some chicken yesterday. She loved it (she's 27 weeks).

She didn't actually eat it, but had a good suck on it.

my 7.5mo DD2 is currently chewing on some meatloaf

I waited until the next day, and gave him some at lunch. He gave it a good chomping, but like Martha, I don't think much if any went down! Still, it's fun to see him try new things. Speaking of which, I've never actually made a meatloaf; that might be one to try.
