I'm starting weaning my DD, she loves what I give her, but I don't want to overdo it. So what's the portion size?

I was worried about this too! So I did some research. I started out with a couple of tablespoons or so, but then I became more relaxed about it, and although I wouldn't recommend giant portions, I found my DS let me know when he'd had enough. As long as your baby has had a milk feed before hand the there's no need to worry. You may find it helpfull to buy the little pots tailor made for freezing homemade baby food (first size) they will give you a good idea, they hold 30mls which is 1 oz. Hope this is helpfull, you've probably got it all figured out by now.

Oh thank you so much. It's very reassuring. When my DD gets less interested we stop. And you are right, I'm getting better now
