No cooking dinner ideas

My DD is 9 months, and a great eater. We're doing a mixture of mashed food of a spoon and finger foods.
I've just returned to work full time and am struggling to think of easy dinners for her. I do batch loads in the freezer, but my favourite thing is to give her cottage cheese and avocado with pitta bread fingers as there's no cooking involved. Anyone got any similar dinners that I could try?

TIA

DDs fave at this age was oat cakes, tinned mackerel and sweetcorn. We're way past that stage but will stay and lurk as always happy to have easy dinners

That's a good one. Must try tinned fish more.
Did couscous tonight with pre-grated cheese wwhich was VERY easy and seemed to go down well!

Hi Blue22 - my DS is a little older at 11 months, but was a slow weaner and I've just discovered tinned spaghetti/beans on toast. Not strictly no cook, but very quick. Sometimes I snip a cooked sausage in while I'm heating it, too. Surprisingly, my DS has decided this is exclusively a finger food and refuses to try it from a spoon!

Avocado & banana

mini sandwiches

egg fried rice/veggie rice

just some suggestions, may not be nutritionally sound but i'd try

  • humous with veggie dipping sticks
  • wraps filled with cheese, lettuce & tomato
  • bagels with superjam
  • salads (avocado)
  • fresh fruit & yoghurt for pudding
