Portion size, puddings and reducing milk. Confused

Started weaning my 27wk old DS 3 wks ago and he's taking
7oz milk and breakfast ( porridge or baby rice )
around 7oz at 11.30 and 3.30 ( doesn't always finish) dinner at 5.30( meat or veg puree)
8oz at 7.30 ish

he's not on lunch yet but was wondering if I should start with this and miss his mid morn bottle?

I'm confused with how much food is too much, when do I reduce the milk?
He's not a hungry baby and doesn't really complain if I give him less or more food though will turn away from milk.

Also should I give him pudding at dinner? Me and DP don't have a pudding usually but I've seen it's quite normal to do this part of weaning. He's had fruit purée and loves it. Should I give more of this than meat or veg?

Which is more important, the food or milk at this
stage?

Hope that makes sense I'm just so confused what's best for my baby.

Milk is the main source of nutrients until 12 months - food is mostly for play especially at 6 months. If he is happy without a puddingat the moment I wouldn't push it but suggest you keep offering milk and let him decide if he wants it or not.
