Rhubard for a 7mo?

Hi

Our neighbour gave me a load of rhubarb from his allotment earlier this evening. I love the stuff so could happily eat it all myself but, whilst I was cooking it up, I wondered if I could give it to DD whose 7mo. None of the books seem to mention it.

TIA

Obviously that should be "rhubarb" in the title . I think its time for bed!

i LOVE the word rhubard. It reminds me of when my ds was about 3, he especially loved rhubarb yoghurts, and when asked what flavour he wanted he would announce 'RAAABOOOOB'. I don't see why you shouldn't give dd a little bit. but don't rely on me.

the bbc seem to think it's OK!

Ive given my DD now 7 months rhubarb a couple of times..didn't even think I might not be meant too..oops
she quite liked it in yoghurt although she did make the screwed up sour face every time which was quite funny!

it's fine as long as you don't add sugar

Thanks! She loved it.
