DD is 14 months and does brilliantly at eating what we eat with fingers, spoon and is mastering a fork but I can't her to take her milk from a cup. She drinks water really well from one so I bought a different colour and size for milk but still she doesn't like. She only has milk now in the morning and last thing before bed so I think she associates it with cuddles. How can i get her move on? Also any tips on getting her on cows milk?

My 3yr old is on 1plus and having problems with switching 1yr old at the moment.. he has what i think may of been a reaction because i switched him overnight.. i started a thread on it just tonight if you can search for it.. my advice is.. wean your DC over a week or so

I am a bit crap at the bottle thing though.. they just don't settle at night with sippy cups.. i am too soft i think

aaa MickyLee don't say that, they are babies still. Like I say I'm sure DD associates milk with cuddles. She won't take a bottlw from anyone else but me , dh and a couple of best mates. Am gonna persist with cows milk and do it slowly bit by bit I think.

Don't you just love it when they are drinking milk from a bottle and their eyes roll back with pleasure... my 3yr old still does it..bless them
