DD is 14 months and does brilliantly at eating what we eat with fingers, spoon and is mastering a fork but I can't her to take her milk from a cup. She drinks water really well from one so I bought a different colour and size for milk but still she doesn't like. She only has milk now in the morning and last thing before bed so I think she associates it with cuddles. How can i get her move on? Also any tips on getting her on cows milk?

Have you tried giving her the milk in her special cup and then not letting her have it in a bottle (assuming that's how she normally drinks it) for a couple of nights?

For my DS the night time milk bottle was the last one we dropped and he was around this age but it took some persuasion. We got rid of all the bottles at this point so if he wanted milk he had to have it from the cup.

However, looking back I think what helped was that I was away for a couple of days so DS was out of routine and when we were getting back to normal I introduced the cup so it was like a new routine IYKWIM. If you're going on holiday or something maybe this would be a good time to try it?
