DD is 14 months and does brilliantly at eating what we eat with fingers, spoon and is mastering a fork but I can't her to take her milk from a cup. She drinks water really well from one so I bought a different colour and size for milk but still she doesn't like. She only has milk now in the morning and last thing before bed so I think she associates it with cuddles. How can i get her move on? Also any tips on getting her on cows milk?

In my opinion children do not need to drink milk after age 1 year so if they don't want to it's not a problem.

My dd2 didn't like milk after weaning and didn't have it, even on cereal, for years. She is now 13, perfectly healthy and has good teeth.

She did (and does) have dairy products in various guises, but does not like milk as a drink.

It might change with time, my DD declined milk other than being bf for a long time, she only really took to drinking a little cows milk when she was about 2. She's 3 now and drinks it quite happily, but I probably only give it to her a couple of times a day at the most - otherwise its water or juice/smoothie.
