DD is 14 months and does brilliantly at eating what we eat with fingers, spoon and is mastering a fork but I can't her to take her milk from a cup. She drinks water really well from one so I bought a different colour and size for milk but still she doesn't like. She only has milk now in the morning and last thing before bed so I think she associates it with cuddles. How can i get her move on? Also any tips on getting her on cows milk?

It's normal for a child to only take a small amount of milk from a cup in the beginning. Don't worry it will probably increase. Changing to a cup is no reason to cut down on cuddles, so offer it on your knee with a cuddle to start with.
