I am worried anout the milk intake. Previously solids were an issue so cut out night feed and solids intake went up. Porridge in the morning savory lunch and dinner and sometimes a yogurt or a milky dessert. But milk intake has dropped from 30 to average 20oz in last few weeks. Should I cut back on solids to say only twice a day so we can fit another bottle in?

Also thinking of putting milk in sippy cup instead of water which she has (2oz maybe) with meals.

Does 20oz equate to about 600ml? The recommended amount of milk in a day is around a pint (Which is just under 600ml) and porridge made with milk and a yoghurt would also be included in this amount. It sounds ok to me hth

Yes about 600 ml. I think I am feeling a bit confused about the food fun till one thing that is
mentioned a lot on here. Cannot get the balance. Food is now food and milk a drink Ifyswim? Should I revert back to milk at 'meal times' until she is older? And only offer solids twice?

a minimum of 20oz is recommended from 6 months which is inclusive of milk with cereal, in foods and other dairy so I would say that your lo is getting plenty. I wouldnt change anything if she is happy with the way things are.
