Meat and BLW

I don't eat red meat (or chicken), but would like DS to try it because of the iron. Has anyone got any advice on the best way to introduce it, given that I can't just give him a bit of what I'm having?

Thanks!

hi chocolatemoose

fingers of steak was one of the first things ds sucked and chucked when we went out for a pub lunch the first weekend we started. he couldn't break it down but sucked the life out of it and that is where the iron is - in the juices!

meatballs also fab - more beef

boiled eggs - i think they have iron??

spinach in mini quiches too - they go down well.

chicken more difficult for ds - not given it for a while now - can't seem to get along with it although don't know if that's got iron in it - def. protein though!
