Broccoli. Easy to hold and suck.

toast, cheese, carrots, rice cakes, anything like chilli and rice or pasta that you can squash onto some bread (DD loves it)

Another vote for broccoli.

Plus - cauliflower, fusilli pasta (easier to hold on to) rice cakes with cottage cheese, sticks of cooked aubergine / courgette / well-cooked carrot
