introducing cows milk for prem baby

Ds is 1 on Sunday and I'm not sure whether to switch him over to cow milk. He was just under a month early and while he has been a bit behind on gross motor skills(no crawling or pulling up but great bumshuffller!) but weight wise has never been premmie as 91st centile. Not sure if I'm being PFB in worrying about the cows milk as no reaction to having used it in his food so far.

If you're that unsure, leave it until he's one corrected age - It'll only be another few weeks.

DD was 12.5 weeks early - I'll be looking at the Bliss guidelines when it comes to moving her onto cow's milk.

Thanks have had a quick scan on the Bliss site and can't find anything related to cowsmilk but like you say it won't hurt to wait another few weeks.
