stupid blw question

is 6 months 6 calendar months or 24 weeks for blw? or should you really go by the signs?

when they can grt it in their mouth themselves they are reasdy

But they say not to wean before 6 months in any case to reduce the risk of food allergies.

to avoid allergies you should avoid weaning before they are ready
most babies will be ready sometime between 4 & 6m
therefore the guidelines must say 6m as they'll all be ready by then

pure blw is a failsafe way of determining if your child is ready

different to spooning slop in
