DS is 7.5 months. I'm a bit worried about him choking on small whole round foods like blueberries or raisins. When is it OK to introduce things like this?

DS2 had blueberries from 7 months - I squished them abit first (so he wasnt putting a whole round bit in his mouth). Raisins he's just started being into in the past month (now 11 months old).

Thanks dinkystinky. Will try squashing the blueberries first.
