Somewhere in the depths of my foggy brain I remember someone posting an amazing pancake/ scotch pnacake receipe for BLW, that you could add bits and pieces to and made a small quantity. Does anyone have a copy of it as I wrote it down and now can't find it. Thanks in advance

I just make porridge REALLY thick (adding whatever bits and pieces takes my fancy), dollop and spread it on a plate then leave it on the window sill to cool. Can then be cut like a pizza. I know there's a microwave recipe knocking about, but a saucepan's just as well.

The best pancake receipe I know is dead easy.

1 mug of milk
1 mug of self raising flour
1 egg

Whisk together.

Add blueberries, strawberrys etc etc.

Spoon into hot pan using a desert spoon.

Wait for sides to lift slightly and underneath is golden. Flip, cooked other side. Put on plate and leave to cool.

Just make sure you use the same mug.

Bont know if its okay for BLW but there quite thick so you can slice them with a pizza cutter. I suppose its fine as long as you are giving eggs? Or am I missing something? Havnt started weaning yet!
