Snacks with no teeth?

DD (8 months) has no teeth yet although this doesn't hold her back with eating things - I mainly puree/mash, but tend to give her finger-type foods for lunch and snacks. Today she munched happily a cream cheese sandwich for lunch. I have to hold finger foods for her still as, due to being 3 months premature, she doesn't yet have the coordination of an 8 month old. However, she loves them.

However, I'm struggling with ideas for snacks she can have without teeth - She has toast, sandwiches, Organix carrot sticks and Hipp Ruskits. Breadsticks seem too hard still for her, and I'm not convinced I'd be happy giving them to her just yet. What else can I give? I'd rather not be messing around with cooked veggies for snacks - meals, yes, but it seems a bit of a fuss for snacks!

Thanks for all suggestions!

What about ricecakes? Can load them up with yummy toppings like Philadelphia, avocado, houmous etc, and if they suck them enough they sort of disintegrate.

Also fruit - bananas (cut in half lengthways then take half of skin off so they have a bit of skin at the bottom to hold on to), papaya, avocado, mango etc. Less faffing than veg!
