Good and bad foods for baby with acid reflux

we are very slowly starting to introduce some solids to our DS. (he is 23 weeks and this has been suggested to us by the paed when he was just 17 weeks)
We already know that apple causes his reflux to flare up...he reacted very badly to organic baby rice too.
He's fine with carrots and pears.
Could anyone share their experience regarding weaning a baby with reflux? what worked for your LOs and what was a complete no-no?
(DS also has CMP allergy/ intolerance and lactose intolerance.)
it's horrible when he suffers and even more so if it's because of something I've fed him OTOH, I know it has to be trial and error...

Hi

My DS suffered with reflux too but he seemed to be ok with baby rice, pureed pears, mashed potato, etc. If he is anything like mine, you may find that once he gets onto finger foods such as toast it will improve.

I honestly thought he would have reflux forever, but he grew out of it around 12-13 months.

You have my sympathies - I know how difficult it is, and my ds didn't even have it as bad as some stories I've heard.
