How is it when you wean a baby you give them veggies and they gain weight yet we eat only veggies to loose it!!!!!

veg has far less calories than milk so it takes a good while for it to help weight gain if weaned too early.

not serious!!!!! But it did make me smile to think we give them food to nourish and grow but use the same stuff to starve ourselves!!!!
