ultimate link for sil seeking advice re best age to wean?

My sil has a ds who is now 4 months old. Predictably some of her friends are now starting their dcs on solids (at around 4 months) and she remains unconvinced about waiting until 6 months. What link can i show her that will convince her? she is exclusively breastfeeding and all i said was that she should read something to make an informed decision. Any advice gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

thanks hairband. the second of the two is the sort of thing i was looking for (althoguh i like the fact that the first simply assumed that the mother has waited until 6 months!). Are there any other recommendations out there (I am a little concerned that a couple of comments in your second link might serve to increase her unease re iron and zinc ??)
